BACKPACK COMICS RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Books
Books are final sale and non-refundable. A book may be replaced if it arrives with a manufacturing defect. Contact Backpack Comics with your order number and information about the defect.

Apparel
Apparel is eligible for return within 30 days of delivery when there is a manufacturing defect or sizing error. Eligible merchandise will be replaced. Returned apparel must be undamaged by the customer, unaltered, and in a condition suitable for return. Items damaged through customer use or handling are not eligible for replacement.

Key Rings, Buttons, Posters and Puzzles
Key rings, buttons, posters and puzzles are final sale and non-refundable. If you receive an incorrect item or an item that was damaged in shipment, contact Backpack Comics so we can review and correct the fulfillment issue.

Special-Order / Made-to-Order Merchandise
Special-order and made-to-order products, including shoes, are final sale and non-refundable. Backpack Comics shoes are produced specifically for the order.

Reporting a Problem
Contact info@backpackcomics.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs may be requested to document a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or incorrect item.

These policies do not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
