BACKPACK COMICS SHIPPING POLICY

Backpack Comics processes and ships merchandise according to product availability and fulfillment requirements. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and may vary based on the product, destination and carrier.

In-Stock Merchandise
In-stock merchandise is prepared for shipment after the order is processed. Available tracking information will be provided when the order ships.

Made-to-Order Shoes
Backpack Comics shoes are made to order. Please allow approximately 14 days (2 weeks) for production before shipment. This production period is separate from carrier transit time. Made-to-order shoes are special-order merchandise and are non-refundable.

Preorders
Products identified as preorders, including The Space Between when offered for preorder, are not available for immediate shipment. Applicable release and fulfillment information will be provided on the product page or through order communications as it becomes available.

If an order contains both an available product and a preorder product, the merchandise may be fulfilled separately when applicable.

Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you discover an address error before your order has shipped, contact Backpack Comics as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has begun.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact info@backpackcomics.com with your order number and details of the issue. Photographs may be requested so we can investigate and correct the fulfillment problem.

Carrier Delays
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by carrier operations, weather, holidays and other circumstances outside Backpack Comics' direct control. We will provide available tracking information so customers can follow their shipment.
