We are a team with more than 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry, working alongside comic-book professionals whose experience includes Marvel and DC Comics. Together, we are building a universe of characters and stories designed to bring back the excitement and imagination that made people fall in love with comic books in the first place.

WHY BACKPACK COMICS?
Backpack Comics was created to give a stronger voice to the creative minority community. Comics and manga are enjoyed every day by millions of minority readers, yet stories and characters that authentically reflect their experiences remain underrepresented.
We also believe young readers deserve exciting stories created with them in mind. Too much comic content is overtly sexualized or written for audiences older than many of the readers consuming it. Backpack Comics creates imaginative stories for tweens and teens without compromising their innocence.
